Results

Most lotteries are drawn live on television or via the internet, so as soon as we can get our hands on the results, we will verify and publish them. This sometimes takes a few hours whilst the winnings payable in the actual lottery are calculated but should never take more than 48 hours.

No, Themillionjackpot.com does not have their own lottery, Themillionjackpot.com works as a platform that provides it´s players with the possibility to play on international lotteries.

Any eventual winnings can be seen once logged in to your account by going to the menu and clicking on “My winnings”.

You win when your lottery tickets match the winning numbers of the draw that you withhold tickets in.

Prizes & Payouts

“KYC” stands for Know your customer and is a requirement for us to comply with, due to anti money laundering laws that makes us able to provide you with our services and make any payouts requested by you.

Themillionjackpot adheres to Anti-Money Laundering principles. As part of the claims process, a Player may be required to show some or all of the following proofs of identity and address: A color photo or scan of the Player's government-issued photo ID (such as passport, driving license or ID card); A copy of a recent (past 3 months) utility bill; A recent credit card statement.

Any funds reflected in your rewards balance may only be used by you to purchase ticket entries in the lotteries and raffels offered by Themillionjackpot. Funds in the reward balance may not be withdrawn and paid out of a players account.

Each balance has been allocated a specific purpose as set out below:

  • Account balance: This is issued by the player to deposit funds into and to be used making purchases of ticket entries on Themillionjackpot.
  • Winnings balance: This is used by Themillionjackpot to reflect any winnings to be processed by our agents as a result of a player´s ticket entries.
  • Reward balance: This is used by Themillionjackpot to credit the player with their welcome bonus and any other promotional funds such as cashback received from the loyalty program and or other account credits issued by Themillionjackpot.

From the date you have received a confirmation stating that your KYC and withdrawal has been approved the transaction may take up to a month, of course this time varies depending on the amount withdrawn, smaller amounts are generally processed a lot quicker.

It is your responsibility to check up on the current laws and regulations in your country and comply with your country's tax regulations, Themillionjackpot.com does not charge or withhold any taxes on your behalf.

Logged in to your account you chose the option “Withdrawal” and fill in the necessary information, for a withdrawal to be processed you also need to verify yourself. This is done through a KYC, if you are unsure about what a KYC is you can find it described under “What is a KYC”.

Yes, you can use your account balance to make purchases, which in its turn of course increases your chances of winning a prize.

The good thing about betting at Themillionjackpot.com is that we know exactly who our customers are, meaning that there are no worries at all about losing a ticket or not claiming your prize. In most cases, we know that you have won before you do!

The prizes related to international lottery draws are subject to the latest exchange rate, and so fixed prizes will fluctuate as the dollar makes gains and losses against foreign currencies.

My account

If you experience any issues with logging in, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot my password” you will then be sent a link that will allow you to reset your password. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to assist with this.

You can always change your password once logged in by going to the navigation menu and clicking on “Change Password”.

You click the option “Sign Up” and simply fill in the information required, remember that you have to be over 18 years old and not be a resident in the countries/States listed in the section “Who can play?” in order to open an account and use our services.

Once logged in you go to the navigation menu and click the option “My Profile” here you then fill in the information you want to change and don't forget to click the button “Update Profile” to make sure that your changes are saved correctly.

Orders & Payments

  • If you are a Swedish or Finnish customer and you have completed your order over the phone and chose to pay by invoice the bills will be sent to your home address, your email and as a text message. The invoices for Swedish and Finnish customers will be administered by Paylevo UK Ltd.
  • If you are a Danish customer and you have completed your order over the phone and chose to pay by invoice the bills will be sent to your home address, your email and as a text message. The invoices will then be administered by Simplyfy Payments.

When making a new purchase over the phone you always have a 24 hour cancellation right, this does not apply to the extension of an existing subscription and can only be used by calling to our support, email or chat is not a valid way of doing a cancellation. Should you want to make any changes or cancel your order you do so by contacting our customer service team. The customer service is open Monday - Thursday 09:00-18:00 (closed for lunch 13:00-14:00), Friday 09:00-16:00(closed for lunch 13:00-14:00). Purchases that have been made online cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been purchased. Before you make a purchase on Themillionjackpot.com please make sure that all details are correct.

Logged in to your account you find the option named “Deposit”, click here and follow the instructions.

If you are a Swedish or Finnish customer, your invoices will always be sent by Simplyfy Payments. As a Danish customer your invoices will always be sent by Simplyfy Payments.

We do a credit report in cooperation with the billing company Paylevo UK Ltd. Credit checks are done when you pay on credit (post pay billing). We do so to stop people in bad economic conditions to buy tickets. You can find more information about this in our terms and conditions.

The notice period starts when you request to cancel your subscription. The notice period is always one month when the purchase has been made over the phone. Remember that if you have a binding period the agreed period must expire before the order can be terminated, but of course you can always contact us during the binding period and inform us that you wish your subscription to stop once the agreed period has come to an end.

Customer Service

We are available on live chat, by phone and email from Monday to Thursday 09:00-18:00 (closed for lunch 13:00-14:00), Friday 09:00-18:00 (closed for lunch 13:00-14:00). We always do our best to take you call as soon as possible and normally the queue times are very low. But all days are different and if the que time for some reason should be longer one day and you don't have the time to wait, we would advise you to contact us through the chat that we have on our website or just send us an email and we will get back to you as fast as possible.

You will always receive a reply from us within 2 days if you have sent us an email. If the issue is urgent, we would advise you to call directly to our support instead. Remember to inform us about the email that you have sent us, so that we quickly can find out what issue was and resolve it in the most efficient way.
